eSuperior is a Linux-based system–custom-written and maintained–that stores, analyzes and reports information on investments in REITs, oil & gas limited partnerships, managed futures funds, funds of hedge funds and other collective investments.
At its core, the system tracks investor capital movements while determining each holder’s cost basis for tax purposes. The system also calculates continuing fees payable to selling agents, both on an upfront and trailing basis.
Our programming staff is continually adding to eSuperior’s capabilities in anticipation of industry developments, the custom reporting needs of clients, and the requirements of new funds that Great Lakes Fund Solutions will service.
The investor Web portal that we host for our fund-sponsor clients empowers fund investors, the advisor that sold the investment and other related parties to receive both current and historical reports, as well as document images.
