It applies only to this website (glfsi.com) — it does not cover the eSuperior investor portal or other systems you may access as a client, sponsor, or investor, which are governed by separate agreements.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule a demo or call, and evaluate whether our services are a fit for your fund. We do not sell your information to third parties or use it for advertising.

Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts — used to load the typefaces on this site. Google may log standard request data (such as IP address) when fonts are loaded.
• Google Maps — an embedded map on our Contact page, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
• FormSubmit — the third-party service that delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Form data passes through FormSubmit's servers in order to reach us; it is not used by FormSubmit for any purpose beyond delivering your message. See FormSubmit's own privacy policy for details.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and delete or archive them thereafter in the ordinary course of business.
